Good day! Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to ensure the best fit for your footwear, it would be helpful to know the width of your foot. If you have a narrow foot, we suggest a size 38 pattern. However, if you have a wide foot, we recommend a size 40 for optimal comfort.

I'm well versed with machine embroidery designs but I don't understand what the tack mark is for, and is there some sort of instruction on building this border evenly or we just supposed to guess how the segments fit together?

Good day! Thanks for your request. Borders are joined either from the top to the bottom if it is a vertical arrangement of the design or from the right to the left if it is a horizontal arrangement. This is a rule that is determined by the structure of the embroidery machine. You can see how the border fits together on the color map that goes to the design. You will see when to embroider the first mark and when to do the last. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are always here to help.

Good day! Thank you for shopping in our online store! We recommend following these simple steps to ensure that your fabric remains smooth and wrinkle-free. First, it is advisable to spray the stabilizer with temporary fixation glue before beginning hooping. This will help keep the fabric from shifting and prevent wrinkles from forming. Second, hoop the stabilizer into the hoop along with the fabric. This will help to keep the fabric in place while you work. Thirdly, to achieve a perfect result, use Madeira Cotton Fix Tear Away Stabilizer. It is made of non-woven tear-off material. Moreover, it is already sticky and protected by paper. Or you can use Madeira Cotton Stable Tear Away Stabilizer, glued with iron and tear off at the end of embroidery. By following these simple steps, you can be sure that your embroidery will look its best. Thank you again for shopping with us!
