Hoop Requirements

• 84.0x99.6 mm (3.31x3.92"): fits a 100x100 mm (4x4") embroidery field.
• 100.0x118.6 mm (3.94x4.67"): requires a 100x170 mm (4x6.69") embroidery field or larger.
• 123.4x146.4 mm (4.86x5.76"): fits a 130x180 mm (5x7") embroidery field.

The middle file uses the full 100.0 mm width of a 100x170 mm field. Confirm that the machine provides the complete usable width before transferring the file. The outside dimensions or commercial name of a hoop do not guarantee its actual embroidery area.

Madeira Classic Rayon 40 Color Sequence

Use the Madeira Thread Free Exchange Converter if another thread brand is required. Screen swatches are visual references only; actual thread color depends on rayon sheen, lighting, monitor settings and the production batch.

Fabric, Stabilizer and Needle

• Cotton, twill or canvas: use medium-weight cut-away stabilizer and a 75/11 embroidery needle.
• Dense canvas or denim: test an 80/12 embroidery needle and support the fabric with cut-away stabilizer.
• Knit fabric: use cut-away stabilizer and a ballpoint embroidery needle.
• Velvet, fleece or other textured fabric: use cut-away stabilizer underneath and a thin water-soluble topping above the fabric.

Hoop the fabric smoothly without stretching it. Precise registration is important because the blue fills, facial details, white teeth, black outlines and golden monocle are embroidered in separate color blocks.
