Useful tips from Royal Present:

1. A self-adhesive stabilizer provides more reliable stabilization than the stabilizer and a glue-spray of temporary fixation. You cannot worry about the unwanted puckering of the fabric. If you spray the glue, you can see that it settles on the details of the machine, thereby making it difficult for its normal working. Therefore, it is necessary to spray it in a cardboard box, and this is an additional time cost. In addition, it happens that it does not fully cover the stabilizer, and in some places, the embroidery and the stabilizer are separate from each other. This, in turn, also leads to undesirable puckering of the fabric.

2. Remember, always hoop the fabric with the stabilizer.

3. It is important to have hoops of different sizes in order to ideally match them to a specific design. Since if you take a hoop larger than you need, the puckering of the fabric and the appearance of unwanted wrinkles will be several times higher.

4. If you decide to use some pattern from our collection of Birds Borders machine embroidery designs to decorate large objects, print at once as many copies of the pattern as the embroidery will repeat on the fabric. This will help you see the complete picture. In addition, do not forget to test the embroidery to make sure that you use the right embroidery technology.
