The Crown in Laurel Wreath Machine Embroidery Design combines two unmistakable symbols of rank: an ornate jeweled crown and a closed laurel wreath. The crown is built with layered gold-beige shading, blue and violet sections, pale pearl-like highlights and small red jewels. The laurel forms a clean oval around it, so the composition already reads as a finished emblem and does not need an additional frame.
Four professionally prepared sizes let the same royal motif move from a towel or tote panel to a large cushion, robe back or decorative banner. This is a filled, multicolor design rather than an outline or appliqué. It is especially effective on white, ivory, navy, burgundy and black textiles, where the warm laurel and bright crown details remain clearly visible.
The purchase includes the digital embroidery files only. A finished cushion, towel, fabric, thread, stabilizer, lettering and physical crown are not included.

The smallest file fits a true 130x180 mm / 5.12x7.09 in embroidery field, commonly called a 5x7 hoop, but the width is close to the machine limit. Run the boundary trace before stitching. The design does not fit a 100x100 mm / 3.94x3.94 in field, commonly called a 4x4 hoop.
Hoop names are not enough: compare both file dimensions with the machine’s actual usable embroidery field. A machine that keeps an internal safety margin may reject a file that appears to fit on paper.
The original chart uses Madeira Classic Rayon No. 40. It contains 8 unique shades arranged in 9 programmed color blocks. Madeira 1071 appears twice because separate pale details are completed at different stages of the crown; keep both blocks in their original positions.

The squares are an on-screen guide to the palette, not a substitute for a physical Madeira thread card. Monitor calibration and the sheen of rayon change how a shade appears. Use the Madeira numbers as the primary reference and compare physical thread cards when substituting another brand.

The crown already occupies the center of the wreath, so this is not an empty monogram frame. If personalization is needed, place a name, date or short title below the finished emblem and test the complete composition in embroidery software before hooping.
For the most reliable gold appearance, keep the original gold-beige rayon sequence: 1070, 1066 and 1083 create depth without the handling problems of metallic thread. If a true metallic laurel is required, test the final 1083 block with a smooth No. 40 metallic thread, a 90/14 metallic needle and a reduced speed around 400–500 stitches per minute. Do not convert every gold-toned block to metallic without a complete test; the dense crown contains many short details and direction changes.
Support large towels, cushion panels and banners beside the machine so their weight cannot pull on the moving hoop. After embroidery, remove topping from the small spaces with damp tweezers or a cotton swab and press from the wrong side through a soft towel.
