Using Peacock Corner Machine embroidery design is a pleasure. At the same time, to achieve a qualitative result, be attentive to the choice of fabric. We recommend using medium-density non-elastic fabrics for this design. Many now came up with the traditional types, for example, linen, coarse calico, denim. The modern world of fabrics is actually very diverse. Therefore, for the embroidery of this design, jacquard, gabardine, percale, twill, taffeta, damask, canvas, hemp fabric are perfect.

After you have chosen a fabric, pick up to it the correct stabilizer. Remember the average formula – the thick fabric – light stabilizer, and vice versa, the thin fabric – the medium stabilizer.

Do you agree that it is good when everything goes according to the plan? When there are no special problems. However, sometimes, we face with the fact that the thread breaks for no reason. The problem of thread breaking is especially acute when embroidered with a metallic, in other cases; you will observe it quite rarely.

If you encounter this situation, remember these tips:

• Often, the machine tears the thread due to accumulation of dirt, thread scraps, or flecks under the needle plate. Remove the cover of the lamp and carefully inspect the needle plate (you can use a magnifying glass). If you notice some garbage, remove it with the using of special brush. It is attached to the embroidery machine.

• In addition, the cause of thread breakage may be its poor quality. Therefore, buy the thread only known, proven brands, for example Madeira, Gunold, Marathon, and Sulky.

• Another reason that the thread breaks during embroidery may be the needle itself. You need to change embroidery needles over time, since after a long using in the eye of the needle, a burr may appear.

• The thread can also break off due to the glue of a temporary fixation. So do not spray it near the embroidery machine, and do not apply it on the fabric. Glue the spray adhesive only on a stabilizer. To remove the remnants of the adhesive from the needle, wipe it with an ear stick dipped in a rubbing alcohol.

We hope our advice has become useful to you. Now, you can easily discover the cause of the of the thread breaking.
