What is included in this Santa Claus embroidery bundle?
The download contains four separate Santa Claus motifs rather than one merged composition. Madeira Classic thread colors and stitched areas
The color charts use Madeira Classic Rayon 40 numbers. The large swatches show the palette visually; select the spool by number because screen colors vary between monitors. The descriptions identify the main area stitched by each color. Repeated thread numbers in the machine sequence should remain in their original order because they work on different parts of the design.

How to keep all four Santas visually consistent
Use the same core colors across the set: one red for every suit, one ivory for every beard and fur trim, one dark outline color, and matching skin tones. Let the gift, snowman, rocking horse, and bunting carry the extra accent colors. This keeps the series coordinated without making four identical embroideries.
On natural or white linen, the classic red, ivory, charcoal, green, yellow, and muted purple palette reads clearly. On navy fabric, test the outline and beard first: ivory or pale gray may need to replace the darkest outline around selected details so the face and white trim remain separated from the background.
Projects for the complete four-design set
Four wine-bottle gift bags. Embroider each Santa on a flat cut piece before sewing the side seam and drawstring channel. Mark the vertical centerline, position a 100% paper template, and leave space for the bottom seam and top tie. Using the same size tier on all four bags creates a balanced gift set.
One table runner or wall hanging. Arrange the characters as a Christmas parade: gift, rocking horse, snowman, and bunting. Stitch them in four separate hoopings along one horizontal guideline. Lay out all paper templates before the first hooping to check spacing and final width.

Stabilizer, needle, and stitching setup
Firm cotton, linen, or canvas: hoop the fabric with a medium-weight tear-away stabilizer. Madeira Cotton Stable is useful for loose linen because it is iron-on; Madeira Cotton Fix is useful when an adhesive tear-away is needed.
Soft bag fabric or washable décor: use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer, then trim it neatly around the completed embroidery.
Fleece, velvet, or textured fabric: place cutaway stabilizer underneath and a water-soluble topping such as Madeira Avalon Film on the surface so the face, beard, and small toy details do not sink into the pile.
Needle and thread: start with a 75/11 embroidery needle and 40-weight rayon or polyester thread on ordinary woven fabric. A dense canvas may need an 80/12 embroidery needle after a test stitch.
Keep the fabric smooth rather than stretched in the hoop. For bottle bags and sewn covers, embroider before assembly. Test one selected size on a scrap made from the same fabric, stabilizer, and thread combination before stitching the full four-piece series.
