For example, dense fabrics such as canvas, dense cotton, and various furniture fabrics (flock, furniture flax, thermo-jacquard) will perfectly suit.

This embroidery will look especially beautiful on velvet. This pattern requires tight velvet. You can take, for example, Velvet Lyons. It is a dense velvet fabric with a slightly rough surface. Thanks to this Lyons is considered to be the densest velvet. To stabilize the embroidery of this design on velvet, use a cut-away stabilizer as the base.

Take responsibility for the choice of fabric. It is the part of embroidery. That is, embroidery does not fully cover it. The fabric is visible as part of the picture. So the colors of the embroidery and the tone of the fabric should perfectly suit each other.
