Firstly, you should understand that knitwear is different, however, like all other fabrics. Therefore, the approach to embroidery should also be different.
Secondly, embroidering daisy embroidery pattern on knitwear, we must perform two main tasks:
~ Do not allow the puckering of the fabric
~ Embroider the design so that it does not seem to be a “bulletproof vest” on the fabric.
Thirdly, it is necessary to hoop the fabric so that the tension of the stabilizer is maximal, but the fabric itself is not over-stretched. Also, before hooping, test the fabric, and determine in which direction it extends more.
Stabilizer is better to use on a non-adhesive basis and fix it on the fabric with the help of a glue-spray of a temporary fixation. This will make it possible to prevent the fabric from puckering during embroidery. In addition, the correct choice of stabilizer depends on the density and the weight of the tissue. The thinner the knitwear, the denser the stabilizer should be.
It is better to be safe and use a water-soluble stabilizer on top, in case the fabric stretches well. You can also fix it with the help of temporary spray adhesive or pinned it. If the fabric is more or less stable, then using a water-soluble stabilizer is not so necessary.
Use special needles for embroidery on knitwear with a spherical tip. The thickness of the needle depends on the thickness of the fabric. You should also reduce the speed of embroidery.
There are no special criteria for choosing threads, but it is preferable to take soft viscose for embroidery on knitwear.
We have considered all the features of embroidery on knitted fabric, and now we turn to the process of embroidery.

~ Fashion Daisies machine embroidery design
~ Printed design template
~ Air-erase pen
First, you need to position the design on the roll-neck correctly. To do this, print template and attach it to the fabric. Use the air-erase pen to move the markings of the axes and the center point of the embroidery. Postpone the template.
Take a cut-away stabilizer and a glue of a temporary fixation. Remember that you should spray the glue onto the stabilizer itself and not on the fabric at all. It is also necessary to carry out such manipulation far from the embroidery machine, otherwise the glue micro particles can settle on its details, thereby disrupting their correct operation. Shake the can and spray the adhesive onto the stabilizer. Wait 2-3 seconds and attach the cloth on top.
On the cloth, put the water-soluble stabilizer and secure it with pins. Hoop the fabric together with the stabilizers in the embroidery frame. Check if you tightened the screw correctly. Roll up the rest of the fabric and fastened with clips. You should do it this so that the fabric does not fall under the needle during embroidery.
Place the embroidery frame in the machine so that the needle is in the center of the embroidery you marked and lower the presser foot. Remember that the needle should be special for knitwear, with a rounded tip. Run the embroidery of daisy embroidery pattern. After the machine has finished embroidering, remove the excess cut-away stabilizer. Then, using a damp sponge, remove the water-soluble stabilizer. Dry the product.
To give to the embroidery even more splendor, you can embroider daisies with beads, palettes, or use special volumetric contours in tubes from Gunold. Such contours are of various types: 3D, with sparkles, silvery or gold and others. For example, you can use a silvery contour to circle the edges of the flowers, or a contour with sparkles to make delicate drops of dew on the flowers.
Instructions for using contours:
~ Wash and dry the fabric.
~ Iron it if it is possible
~ Apply the outline.
~ Dry it with a hair dryer for 2 to 15 minutes. Depending on how much of the contour you have applied.
~ The contours can be washed at a temperature not higher than 40 degrees.
Note: contours are not combined with tissues, in which the percentage of synthetics is higher than 20%. Always check the contour of the fabric and the cloth before applying it to the front of the product.
