DESIGN FOR WHITE FABRIC
What is the Horned Ram large machine embroidery design and where can you use it?
The Horned Ram large machine embroidery design features a bold, detailed ram ideal for rustic décor, tablecloths, pillows, and especially shopper bags. Offered in four sizes for 7x10” (180x260 mm) hoops, this design stands out on linen, cotton, and sturdy canvas fabrics.
Why does the needle break during embroidery?
Needle breakage can be caused by:
Using a dull or wrong-size needle,
Dense stitching on thick fabric without enough support,
Improper hoop tension.
For thick textiles like tote bags (canvas or linen, 200–220 g/m²), use an embroidery needle size 80/12 and a tear-away stabilizer of about 60 g/m². The total embroidery layer should be 260–280 g/m² for clean results.
Common machine embroidery mistakes
Weak fabric tension,
No stabilizer,
High speed on dense areas,
Old or poor-quality needles and threads.
