Royal Present Embroidery offers a downloadable product in the form of machine embroidery software. This product is available to you immediately upon receipt of payment. Due to the nature of a virtual product, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. It is your responsibility to observe the sizing of designs to insure compatibility with your machine. Even if the design collection is offered in your Format it is not a guarantee that the designs will be size compatible. Collections purchased in the wrong size may be replaced with the correct size at the discretion of Royal Present. The exchange may incur an additional charge.

We are not responsible for the results if a design is resized or converted to another format. Royal Present Embroidery test stitches every design, most frequently test stitching is done on Kona cotton using a mid-weight tear-away stabilizer. Additional design requirements are noted within the chart information included with each Collection. Royal Present Embroidery cannot be responsible for the end result of stitched out designs when varied textiles are used. Although many different types and weights of fabrics with the proper stabilizers can be used in stitching out Royal Present Embroidery designs. We recommend always doing a test stitch out on the same type fabric with a like stabilizer that you intend to use for the final product to insure adjustments can be made if necessary.

If you experience problems with Royal Present Embroidery designs, please contact us for assistance in resolving the issues. With the designs being a virtual product and conversion being made with software outside the digitizing program, errors can occur. Difficulties with downloads, empty or corrupted files have occurred simply by the nature of the product. We try to assist to the best of our ability to insure the best product possible.
