Unzipping a file on a mac computer is user-friendly and intuitive. To unzip files on a mac, simply follow the steps below:
1. Double click the zipped file.
2. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in.
3. Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
Alternatively, if the method above does not work, you can right-click on the .zip package, and select Open With > Archive Utility (default).

It’s impossible for one file format to be compatible with all embroidery machines that’s why we offer several formats. Here is what you would receive in the ZIP file:

If you don’t find the necessary format in our archive, you can use the converter program included with the embroidery machine or you can use the free embroidery conversion program Wilcom TrueSize

Please note that the converted embroidery design file may not be an exact replica of the original file. If for some reason you received a “problem” file, please let us know using our contact form. We will do our best to fix any discrepancy in the file and send you a revised version.

We do not refund purchases, but we will provide technical support. 

At the same time, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you find that you've purchased the same item twice, or if you've accidentally bought a digital item instead of a physical one, we'll be happy to refund your purchase. If you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs, please download our Free Design first. We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we provide. If you purchase our designs for conversion or resizing, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or resized files or failure to alter or resize them.

We can not guarantee that your software will reflect the thread colors that we used to sew the designs. Each machine format has a certain amount of colors in its palette. Because of this, not all colors will translate from the digitized file to the machine embroidery file.

A design may not show up in your machine for the following reasons:

1. The format is not included in the design name. (Wrong: Angel) (Correct: Angel.pes)

2. The design is too large for your machine’s sewing area.

3. The design is not centered.

If the format your machine uses is not listed it may be because the design is too large for most machines using that format. If the design doesn’t fit within your machine’s sewing area, contact customer support to request the design be converted into the necessary royalpresentembroidery@ gmail dot com

License is automatically obtained when you bought a design. The only thing you CAN’T do is sell or spread our digital file over the Internet!

Once you have finished selecting the designs that you would like to purchase, you can pay with either a Paypal account or by using your credit card. Either way, your information will be encrypted using SSL technology, ensuring that it will be kept private and secure. We never even see your credit card information. The credit card company tells us if it was approved or not. Once your payment has been processed, you will be forwarded to a web page containing your designs' download links.

Usually, the purchase order email is sent within minutes after a successful purchase. If you haven’t received your purchase order email, please try one following: Check your spam/junk mail folder. Strict junk filters may mistake the purchase order for spam email, so please check your junk mail for the purchase order email.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality machine embroidery designs. We know that happy customer are the key to our success, so we go the extra mile to ensure that our products meet your expectations. 

However, we also understand that there may be times when you encounter problems using our designs. If this happens, we encourage you to contact us right away so that we can provide assistance and, if necessary, replace the files. Please note that, unless it has been established that the files we have delivered have defects, E-files are not refundable or returnable. 

We understand that there may be occasional purchases of the same item, or you may buy a digital item thinking it's a physical item. In this case, we make a refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do our best to correct any mistake you may have made.
