We wanted to talk to you about the displacement or deformation of the machine embroidery. You most likely at least once had a situation where the entire embroidery, or individual elements shifted relative to the center of the embroidery. As a rule, this is due to a violation of the process.

Consider the main causes of embroidery shifting:

~ Insufficient or excessive fabric tension in the hoop. This is especially important if you are embroidering on elastic knitted fabrics.

If there is insufficient tension of the fabric in the embroidery frame, it “sags” during embroidery, and the stitches are shifted. When the fabric is constricted in the embroidery hoop, it returns to its original shape after being unhooped, thereby also deforming the embroidery.

~ Improper use of stabilizer.

We have already told you more than once that choosing the right stabilizer is very important. And its incorrect application may lead to deformation of the embroidery.

These are the most common causes of misalignment or deformation of embroidery. If you have eliminated them, but the embroidery is still shifting, pay attention to the state of your embroidery machine.

Check whether you have secured the hoop brackets. Or maybe the hoops are badly inserted into the brackets or fly out of them.

It is also worth checking that nothing prevents the hoop from moving along the axis.
